In the two years before Zachary was born, I took 1.5 days sickness. Other than those days, I was in good health. I had, I think, 2 colds in that period, and even they weren’t too bad.
However, since Zachary has been born, we’ve all been jumping from cough to cold to other sickness almost constantly. The last couple of days, Emma’s been wanting to do nothing more than rest of the sofa as she’s feeling so bad, and I’m going to start throwing lemsip down my throat in an effort to remain productive in the throws of a shitty cold.
So, my question to you: What can we do to stop coming down with so much sick? The best option, as I see it, is to have Zachary adopted, but I’d rather not go to those lengths :)

I work in a retirement home/hospital with a lot of elderly sick people, and the best thing is to wash your hands all the time. Carry around antibacterial gel. Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Take a multivitamin everyday. I’ve been sick once in the 9 months i’ve been here.
